This kit allows to invert the position of the front shackles on Suzuki Samurai or Sj - both on models with wide and short axles – and to mount the rear leaf-springs on the front axle.
This modification makes the front suspension much softer and more comfortable and improves the stability and driving precision on any ground type, helping to avoid the risk of bending the front leaf-springs as, in case of collision, they move back to overcome the obstacle.
It will also improve the angle of attack, since the front attack of the leaf-springs will move the axle on of 30mm, allowing also the use of larger tires with no need to use a body lift.
The kit consists of:
- HM4X4 front turrets kit, with 8mm stainless steel profile, 8mm thick, galvanized and powder coated in matt black color;
- a pair of front shackles in C45 steel, 6mm thick, galvanized and powder-coated in matt black color with Delrin bushings;
- rear boomerang shackles made of 8mm thick C45 steel, galvanized and powder-coated in matt black color, openable to facilitate the installation, with bolted Anticorodal aluminum reinforcement bushing;
- polyurethane centering bushings kit for the chassis;
- installation kit complete with stainless steel A2-70 bushes, nuts, washers and bolts needed for mounting on vehicles with wide or tight axle.
The installation kit permits the installation on the front axle of rear leaf springs and on the rear axle of leaf-springs 25mm much higher.
