This innovative type of highly resilient bushings for Suzuki Samurai leaf springs are characterised by an alveolar structure that gives a high deformation capacity, while maintaining the structure of the bush unchanged.
The air pockets trapped inside the same bush help to isolate the leaf springs from the frame, ensuring comfort that no other type of bushes can give, while improving the mobility of any type of leaf spring.
The alveolar structure of these Suzuki Samurai leaf spring bushes was obtained by eliminating material in some areas where the bush is not stressed, creating small arches that support the double wall of each individual bush. This made it possible to use more precious material, while maintaining a competitive price.
The Suzuki Samurai leaf spring bushing kit is produced in Italy with polyurethane, supplied by the renowned API company; compared to the original rubber bushings or to the classic Suzuki Samurai polyurethane bushings, the alveolar ones are more resistant and contribute to increasing the softness of the suspension kit and the stability of the vehicle, both with original and lifted suspension kits installed.

- 8 polyurethane bushings for Suzuki Samurai large in high quality self-lubricating polyurethane with alveolar structure
- 16 polyurethane bushings for Suzuki Samurai small in high quality self-lubricating polyurethane with alveolar structure;
- 4 tubes for Suzuki Samurai leaf spring bushes in galvanized C45 steel.
These Suzuki Samurai bushings can also be installed with original leaf springs and shackles or with shackles with 12mm bolts.
