Y shackles installed on a system or shackle reverse on dynamic shackle, with a distance of 95mm.
They are built in Italy with steel C40, galvanized and powder-coated epoxy to ensure a long life even in heavy use, equipped with self-lubricating bushings Teflon andbolts Steel .
The finish that we call "DIAMOND" is not just a painting, as well as giving an aesthetic touch it preserves rust and any external agent (mud, snow, salt, etc.) the surface of the product to the point that we can ensure products for 10 years against corrosion, since even if the paint would jump (happens in off road) would remain visible surface of galvanized metal and therefore also resistant to corrosion, and 'consists of the following treatments:
- shot peening, where necessary, that consists in hammering surface run cold by means of a jet of steel shot which causes a plastic deformation surface which propagates up to a few tenths of a millimeter in the material, closes the microcracks and improves the distribution of the surface tensions increasing the fatigue strength and flexibility;
- zinc electroplating cold to prevent corrosion;
- dehydrogenation in the oven at 180ºC, the treatment which serves to reduce the hydrogen embrittlement accumulated during the process of galvanization, mandatory for hardened materials in accordance with ISO 2081 and useful in the case of metal bent (such as turrets);
- painting with epoxy powder matte black mica.
