High mobility polyurethane bushings for radius arm Suzuki Jimny from 2018
The kit replaces all the bushings of the front radius arm, both on the bridge side and on the chassis side and can be installed both with original radius arm and with atermarket struts.
This innovative type of highly resilient silentblock with alveolar structure, gives a high capacity of deformation while preserving unchanged the bush structure, the air pockets imprisoned inside the same bush help to isolate the strut from the frame giving a comfort that no other type of bushings can give at the same time increasing the mobility of any type of trim.
The honeycomb structure has been obtained by eliminating some material in some areas where the bush is not stressed, creating small arches that support the double wall of each single bush, this has allowed the use of the most valuable material while maintaining the low price.
The kit is produced in Italy with polyurethane produced by the renowned API company, compared to the original rubber bushings or the classic polyurethane, the honeycombs are more resistant and contribute to increase the softness of the trim and the stability of the vehicle, both with original trim that raised.
With this kit bushings will drastically reduce the vibration on the steering that afflicts all the Suzuki Jimny while not limiting the mobility of the suspension as happens with the most common polyurethane kits, the high quality of the material used and designed specifically for this use makes these bushings very long-lasting over time even with heavy use of the vehicle and with high-performance trims.
This kit consisting:
- 12 high quality polyurethane bushings with honeycomb structure;
- 6 bushings in galvanized C45 steel.
Assembly: being made up of 3 separate pieces assembly is easier than the bushings built in one piece like the originals.
