The kit entirely Made in Italy is composed of monobloc alloy steel plates, suitable for mechanical uses, and cast iron drivers obtained from solid.
It allows you to mount the disc brakes instead of the rear drums of the Suzuki Vitara 1600 8V to improve braking and cancel the wear of the jaws.
All the components follow precise specifications in order to guarantee minimum tolerances and maximum reliability, the use of noble and high quality materials, guarantees an incomparable resistance to both corrosion and abrasion.
The monoblock plates made in one piece and the cast iron drivers, also made from solid and not laser cut as in all the kits on the market, guarantee the maximum stiffness of the braking system and eliminate any type of vibration or danger of breakage resulting from the assembly of the various components.
This kit allows the assembly of the front discs of the Suzuki Samurai/Sj/Vitara and of the Suzuki Samurai/Sj/Vitara or Fiat Stilo and Lancia Libra calipers by purchasing the assembly kit.
To use the original hand brake it is possible to mount the Fiat or Lancia calipers which are fitted with a housing for the handbrake cable or alternatively a hydraulic hand brake must be installed.
To complete the kit, the brake hoses must also be purchased. For correct operation, it is advisable to install a proportional valve to regulate braking or small diameter disks.
The kit consists of:
- 2 monoblock plates for Suzuki brake caliper installation;
- 2 cast iron sprockets drawn from solid for the installation of brake discs;
- 1 complete hardware kit for assembly.
