Pair of reverse shackle turrets for Suzuki Samurai or Santana, consisting of fixed turrets, with a profile designed to make the front leaf springs work without distorting the original caster angle, made of C40 steel 8mm thick, with "DIAMOND" finish.The finish we call "DIAMOND" is not simply a varnish, in addition to giving an aesthetic touch it serves to preserve the surface of the product from rust and any external agent (mud, snow, salt, etc.) to the point where we can guarantee the produced for 10 years on corrosion, since even if the layer of paint were to jump (it happens in off road) the surface of the galvanized metal would remain visible and therefore still resistant to corrosion.Some points that are not visible when the product is installed are left purposely unpainted to leave the underlying zinc plating visible.The "DIAMOND" finish consists of the following treatments: shot peening, where necessary, which consists in surface hammering performed cold by a jet of steel pellets which causes a plastic surface deformation that propagates up to a few tenths of a millimeter in the material, closes the micro-cracks and improves the distribution of surface tensions, increasing resistance to fatigue and flexibility; cold electrolytic galvanizing to combat corrosion; dehydrogenation in an oven at 180ºC, a treatment used to reduce hydrogen embrittlement accumulated during the electrolytic galvanizing process, mandatory for materials hardened according to ISO 2081 and very useful in the case of bent metals (such as turrets); varnished with scratch-resistant epoxy powders in micalised matt black color.
