This particular drive shaft stretches up to 10 cm, therefore it is ideal on raised structures or with an elongated wheelbase.
These shafts are balanced 2800 RPM and use high quality DANA SPICER u-joints, not agricultural components as much of the economic products.
In addition to the length, it is also possible to choose the type of flanges to be installed.
As this is a made-to-measure shaft, it is specified that it is not ready for delivery but that it must be produced after ordering with advance payment. Delivery times will be estimated only after the purchase of the customized shaft type.
To better understand which size may correspond to your needs, we recommend that you measure the drive shaft that fits your off-road vehicle with these guidelines:
- machine flat, wheels on the ground
- measurement between t-case flange and axle flange
- from the measured measure subtract 2.5 cm
- the measure obtained is the one that you must consider and that you will have to find on the site or communicate to us by email.
IMPORTANT: For shafts over 780 mm in length, the price is estimated on request.
This particular shaft, designed to eliminate any vibration and any danger of breaking, is built by making the following improvements to the standard shafts:
- sliding joint with grease nipple, with a larger diameter than the original;
- ideal for raised structures, avoids the insertion of the extensions eliminating any form of vibration;
- increased universal joints and normalized sizes, that can be purchased from each spare parts, equipped with grease nipple, with a working angle of 10° above the original;
- high quality forged flanges that allow the inclination of the cruises up to 30° allowing their use even with raised structures,
- tube with increased diameter, 60mm against the 50mm of the original, carefully balanced to prevent any form of vibration;
- sliding up to 10 cm with RILSAN-coated metal protection cover with protective O-ring, allows protection of the sliding against damage caused by stones, sand and the like and protects the slide from dirt;
- this shaft has 45mm SAE45 centering flanges, the Spanish and Japanese models have 4 holes of 8mm while the Canadian model has 4 holes of 10mm.
