Rear Heavy Duty transmission shaft for all Canadian models of Suzuki Samurai and SJ, produced in Italy by a specialized company.
This particular shaft has the same length of the original ones, but it is possible to lengthen it up to 5 cm more than the original, a feature that therefore makes it ideal on over + 5cm suspension kits or on shackle reverse kits.
These shafts are balanced at 2800 RPM and provided with high-quality DANA SPICER joints, and not with agricultural components as the most of products in the market.
All Canadian models of Samurai and Sj are recognizable by the chassis number starting with JS3, JC51 and by flanges with 10mm holes and 45mm centering.
This particular shaft, designed to eliminate any vibration and any danger of breakage, is built by making the following improvements to the standard shafts:
- sliding joint with grease nipple, with a larger diameter than the original;
- flanges with an elongation capacity of up to 10 cm, ideal in presence of lift kits, which avoid the installation of extensions and eliminate any form of vibration;
- oversized joint of normalized dimensions, therefore purchasable by every spare parts supplier, equipped with grease nipple, with a working angle of 10° higher than the original;
- high-quality forged flanges that allow an inclination of the joints up to 35°, allowing their use also with lift kits;
- oversized tube diameter - 60mm instead of 50mm of the original - carefully balanced to avoid any form of vibration;
- sliding body extensible up to 10 cm with RILSAN-coated metal protection clasp with protective o-ring, allows to preserve the sliding part from dirt and damages caused by stones, sand and similar.
