Plates for advancing the front axle of Suzuki Samurai and Sj, useful for improving the angle of attack and eliminating interference between the bodywork and large tires, in case you do not want to install a body lift.
These plates are angled 4 ° to compensate for the rotation caused by the support of the axle on the curved part of the leaf spring and also correct the caster angle after the installation of a lift kit.
The kit includes the following accessories:
- a pair of duralumin plates to be placed between the axle and the leaf springs, with double threaded hole to move the axle 15 or 30mm forward;
- a pair of steel pins with 10mm thread. These bolts are machined on a lathe and have the exact diameter of the hole on the axle, to allow a perfect centering of the plates on the axle.
Assembly: easy.
Other necessary modifications: a 14mm hole must be made to reposition the leaf spring plates and to thicken the transmission shaft.
