Rear Radius Arms for Suzuki Jimny
These angled and reinforced rear radius arms, recommended for suspension lifts of at least 7 cm, replace the original Suzuki Jimny radius arms without requiring any modifications.
They are the only radius arms that are both galvanized and epoxy powder-coated, with mounting points perfectly matching the original fittings.
They are built from mechanical-grade steel with the central load-bearing section crafted from a single steel plate, reinforced around the perimeter, and welded using TIG technology to create an extremely strong I-beam structure, capable of absorbing impacts without bending or deforming.
The original chassis-side bushing has been replaced by a fully rebuildable Johnny Joint spherical joint, designed and manufactured in-house by HM4X4, specifically for the Jimny suspension.
The Johnny Joint allows free rotation along its axis, enabling maximum articulation of the radius arm but limits lateral rotation to ensure road stability.
Manufactured using C45 steel, the Johnny Joint features two high-quality, machined (not molded) semicrystalline polymer shells, characterized by high mechanical strength and a very low friction coefficient. These materials make it virtually wear-free, even under extreme conditions, allowing precise movement and excellent vibration absorption.
Installing these radius arms moves the rear axle backward by 5mm, improving stability through a longer wheelbase and significantly enhancing the departure angle. A 5 mm rearward shift is the maximum possible on the Jimny without causing interference.
The caster angle has been corrected by 5° to compensate for axle rotation caused by suspension lifts, allowing the rear driveshaft to operate at proper angles.
Compatible with all Suzuki Jimny models, regardless of production year and engine type.
