This extension allows to restore the correct geometry of the rear panhard when a lift kit is installed on the vehicle, in order to improve the driveability and the stability on the road.
On suspension lift kits up to 5 cm, it ensures a restoration of a correct position of the front axle, while for higher lift kits an adjustable panhard bar is more recommended.
This extension gives the car the maximum height possible; a greater height would result in irreversible changes on the axle or in the need to install very thick bump stops that would unnecessarly reduce the compression of the suspension kit, because of the collision with the stabilizer bracket.
Its installation is completely reversible: thanks to its dimensioned size, any changes on the stabilizer bracket or on the shock's support are required, you just need to bolt the extension to the chassis above the original support through the baseplate and the stainless steel bolts supplied.
It is built in Italy with C45, galvanized and powder coated matt black metallic, the fixing structure are in 8mm thick steel for maximum stiffness.
