This set made entirely in Italy raises 5cm compared to the original trim of the new Suzuki Jimny from 2018, and includes all the accessories useful for the optimal functioning of the suspension even with heavy use
Ideal for those who want more comfort in daily use and greater mobility in off-road use, without sacrificing stability and safety on the highway.
The trim is available for petrol engine, in case a heavy duty winch or bumper with a weight of more than 20kg is installed, springs with a suitable load will be provided, in the top drop-down menu you can make the custom configuration of the trim by specifying the year of construction of the off-road vehicle.
The bushing on the frame has been replaced by a completely revisable jonny joint spherical joint, made internally by HM4X4 and designed specifically for the Jimny suspension.
The jonny joint is free to rotate along its axis allowing maximum excursion of the strut but is limited in lateral rotation to not affect the stability on the road.
The shock absorbers included in the kit have a body 50mm and 16mm stem, have the mechanical end cushioned polyurethane resistant up to 5000kg, are revisionable and recyclable according to your needs.
In case it is necessary to customize the calibrations to meet particular needs (desert trips, competitions, towing trolleys, use prevalent on snow, etc.) We offer the first free personalized calibration within the first year of purchase.
The springs included in the kit are of progressive type with variable pitch.
A spring with variable pitch during compression progressively hardens thus obtaining an extremely soft, comfortable and able to copy the ground but very stable on the road.
For this kit it is possible to choose the type of spring load:
- soft for use in off-road mode without rear load, you will have maximum off-road performance, excellent road stability but if you load the rear suspension drops significantly, incorrect use prematurely snerva;
- standard with calibration very similar to the original trim, excellent off-road performance and very stable on the road, ideal for the multi-purpose use of the vehicle.
- reinforced with calibration especially at the rear most rigid to allow the loading of heavy weights or the towing of trolleys.

The raising kit is composed of the following accessories:
- 4 variable pitch springs;
- 4 Æternus shock absorbers;
- a kit of extended brake hoses in aeronautical stainless steel/Ptfe brakes with Sae J1401 certified polyurethane protection with fittings obtained from solid and ergal cable gland;
- two pairs of bump stop stretched in ergal;
- a pair of reinforced and adjustable panhard bars that allow the position of the bridges to be millimetrically adjusted to improve stability and reduce tire wear;
- bushes kit in high mobility alveolar polyurethane;
- an adjustable concealer for the headlights height;
- pair of shaft spacers
- pair of repositories for panhard bars to correct the working angle and improve handling and stability on the road;
- 4 elongated struts, with correct caster to correct the rotation of the bridges caused by the rise, with joint system Jonny Joint.
