This kit, made in Italy, allows for the installation of a Suzuki SJ or Samurai Transfer Case on all first and second series Suzuki Jimny diesel.

It is compatible with all SJ & Samurai Transfer Cases.

The mount hugs the Transfer Box and bolts at 15 points (original are only 8) preventing twist, even under stress.

It is built in C45 steel welded, galvanized and powder coated, is easily installed with no modifications
All necessary stainless steel bolts are supplied and the kit also includes a support for the electronic speed sensor and tone wheel made to fully install without any modification of the original Suzuki Jimny  speedometer of any model.

The installation of a Samurai t-case is first necessary so as to later allow for the installation of wider ranged super-reduced gears with ratios more suitable for off-road and also to replace the original weaker Jimny Transfer box which is not suitable for heavy use.

In order to complete the installation, it is necessary to buy a SJ or Samurai transfer case and a SJ or Samurai central/intermediate shaft, (that can be easily found second-hand) and if necessary a kit for SJ or Samurai lower range gears.

The adaptations that must be made on the vehicle are the shaping of the gearbox lever, the drilling of the front transmission shaft and finally the original central shaft must be shortened.

We can also provide the kit revised and super-reduced gears already installed (new and your choice), new central/intermediate shaft and propeller shafts with flanges already prepared for the change.

The kit also includes the following accessories:

  • reinforced support for Samurai t-case installation on Jimny
  • Suzuki Jimny rear shaft adapter on Suzuki Samurai t-case
  • anti-breaking supports for Suzuki Samurai/Sj transfer case
  • Suzuki Jimny odometer installation kit on Samurai t-case

All the adapters are compatible with all the Samurai and Sj reducer flanges with 1300cc engine, if you need to install a sj410 reducer check that sae45 flanges are installed.
