Suspension lift kit with high excursion designed and built in Italy. The sophisticated components make this lift kit a high-end product capable of making the vehicle very stable and controlled, excellent for amateur or competitive off-road.

This lift kit has been extensively tested in the Italian XTC championship.

The kit consists of:
  • 4 AETERNUS COMPETITION60 shock absorbers, which can be overhauled and re-calibrated (2 front and 2 rear);
  • 4 progressive pitch springs AETERNUS +10cm (2 front and 2 rear).

The photos are being updated, the new production shock absorbers are supplied galvanized.





The shock absorber proposed by us has a 20mm stem and the bushing are lined with polyurethane. In addition to being painted with epoxy powders, it is previously PHOSPHATED to prevent corrosion, so it is not affected by atmospheric agents and is not stripped.

This shock absorber is the result of the "Maximum Active Surface" study. Thanks to these studies we were able to obtain a shock absorber with increased travel while maintaining a very compact body, using a piston and high quality valves with large diameter but low height. Inside the shock absorber there is an internal return stop, resistant up to 5000kg, and an air chamber useful to absorb oil volume variations making it suitable also for very intense uses.

High quality AGIP ARNICA hydraulic oil is used, resistant up to 200 ° C, so as to make these shock absorbers suitable also for heavy use and raids in the desert. They are calibrated in compression as the originals to favor comfort, but braked in extension to reduce the hopping of the vehicle, this calibration is designed to best adapt to the Italian off-road vehicle, however, at the time of order, the desired calibration can be chosen without a surcharge.

The springs are built with high quality steel, are longer than the original, reinforced and with a progressive effect; the progressive springs, unlike the traditional ones, have a variable pitch, ie the distance between the turns is not constant but varies along its length, the stiffness of a spring with the same material and wire diameter is given precisely by the number of turns and their pitch.
A progressive spring allows you to insert more turns than a traditional spring resulting much softer, the variable pitch coils during compression harden the spring progressively, thus obtaining an extremely soft, comfortable and able to copy the ground but very stable on the road.

The main advantages of a progressive spring off-road:
  • greater ability to copy the land;
  • greater excursion with the same length compared to a traditional spring;
  • very stable in the side passages as it crushes and stiffens;
  • greater absorption of sudden obstacles, as it gradually stiffens to block any obstacle (boulders, roots, etc.) without reaching a buffer.

The main advantages on the road of a progressive spring:
  • very stable on fast stretches;
  • much more comfortable than a traditional spring thanks to the high number of turns;
  • reduces body roll to a minimum as it crushes and stiffens progressively.
