Transmission shaft Landrover Defender

Heavy Duty transmission shaft produced in Italy by a specialized company.

This particular shafthas the length from closed identical to the original shafts but has the possibility to stretch up to 7cm more of the original, and ideal then up even extreme trims.

These drive shafts are balanced at 2800 rpm and are built using high quality joints and cruises and not agricultural components, like most of the accessories in circulation.

This particular shaft, designed to eliminate any vibration and any danger of breakage, is built by making the following improvements to the standard shafts:

sliding joint with greaser, with a larger diameter than the original;
flange elongation capacity up to 12cm, ideal for raised structures, avoids the insertion of the extensions eliminating any form of vibration;
increased DANA SPICER u-joints with normalized dimensions, which can be purchased from each spare parts, equipped with greaser, with a working angle of 10° higher than the original;
high quality forged flanges that allow the inclination of the u-joints up to 30° allowing their use even with raised structures;
tube with increased diameter, 60mm against the 50mm of the original, carefully balanced to prevent any form of vibration;
sliding up to 12cm with rilsan-coated metal protection cover with protective o-ring, allows to protect the slide from damage caused by stones, sand and the like and protects the slide from dirt.
