These reinforced rear radius arms, recommended for lift kit from 7cm to 10cm, replace without any modification to the original Suzuki Jimny from 2018 radius arms, they are the only ones to be galvanized and painted with epoxy powders, the attacks correspond perfectly to the original attacks.
The bush on the frame has been replaced by a completely overhaulable johnny joint ball joint, made internally by HM4X4 and specifically designed for the suspension of the Jimny.
The johnny joint is free to rotate along its axis allowing the maximum excursion of the strut but it is limited in lateral rotation in order not to compromise stability on the road.
For the construction of the Johnny Joint C45 steel is used and the sliding is guaranteed by two unprinted shells made from solid with a high quality semi-crystalline polymer, with high mechanical strength and very low friction coefficient, the use of these materials it makes it practically wear-free even with extreme uses and allows precise movements and excellent vibration absorption.
The caster angle has been corrected by 5° to compensate for the rotation of the rear bridge caused by the lift kits, the correction of the caster allows the springs to work correctly and prevents the shock absorbers from colliding with the axle.
