Samurai t-case on new Jimny
This kit, manufactured entirely in Italy, allows the installation of a Suzuki Samurai and SJ transfer case on Suzuki Jimny made from 2018 onwards.
It is compatible with all Samurai and SJ t-case.
The bracket wraps around the t-case and cages it by securing it at as many as 11 points, preventing it from twisting even under stress.
It is constructed of T.i.g. welded C45 steel and then galvanized.
It is easily installed without modification with the bolts provided.
Installing a Samurai transfer case is necessary first of all to be able to install a wide range of super reducers with the most suitable ratio for use, but also to replace the Jimny's original t-case, which is much more delicate and unsuitable for heavy-duty use.
To complete the modification you will have to buy a Samurai or Sj t-case and modify the center shaft.
The only adjustments that will have to be made on the vehicle are shaping the gearbox lever and drilling the front driveshaft.
The following accessories are also included in the kit:
- reinforced mount for Samurai t-case installation on Jimny from 2018 onward
- Suzuki Jimny rear shaft adapter on Suzuki Samurai transfer case
- anti-breakage mounts for Suzuki Samurai/Sj t-case.
All adapters are compatible with all reducer flanges of the Samurai and Sj with 1300cc engine, in case you need to install a Sj410 reducer check that SAE45 flanges are installed.
