Jeep ring and pinion
Reinforced rear ring and pinion for Jeep Wrangler TJ produced from 1997 to 2006.
Produced in the United States by the well-known Motive Gear company, which has been producing components for the transmissions of American vehicles and Ultra4 vehicles for years, it is made of SAE8620 steel with the Gleason process.
Thermally hardened to resist wear, it is surface treated with black oxidation to make it extremely silent.
The high construction precision makes the recording particularly simple, however we recommend having the installation carried out by a specialized workshop, in the Download section you will find the assembly instructions.
The main installation features are the following:
- differential case design type: Dana 44 (Rubicon and Non models)/Dana 35
- cover bolt quantity 10
- rotation type: standard

IMPORTANT. The replacement of a bevel gear is a job that requires professionalism, an installer can only perform it with suitable equipment and with the proper knowledge of its calibration. Incorrect assembly causes breakage or premature wear of the same.
