Reinforced ring and pinion for Jeep Wrangler TJ front differential produced from 1997 to 2006.
The ring and pinion we offer is made of SAE8620 steel with the Gleason process, thermally hardened to resist wear and surface treated with black oxidation to make it extremely silent.
Made in the U.S. by the well-known Motive Gear company that for years has been producing components for the transmission of American vehicles and Ultra4 vehicles.
The high construction precision makes the recording particularly simple, however it is recommended to have the installation carried out by a specialized workshop. In the Download section you will find assembly instructions.

ring gear bolt Quantity: 10
ring gear rotation: standard.

IMPORATNT. The replacement of a bevel gear is a job that requires professionalism, an installer can only perform it with suitable equipment and with the proper knowledge of its calibration. Incorrect assembly causes breakage or premature wear of the same.
