The DEFAP exhaust for Jeep Wrangler JK is a modification for those who want to improve their vehicle's off-road performance. This system is designed to remove the particulate filter (FAP) from the exhaust system, reducing backpressure and improving exhaust gas flow. It is made of stainless steel with TIG welds that provide high mechanical strength.
The system is compatible with 2.8 CRD 200hp engines and comes with all the necessary adapters for precise installation, without requiring modifications to the original exhaust line. This exhaust is suitable for both the standard JK model and the JKU (Unlimited) model.
It requires modification of the electronic control unit to remove the fap electronically as well, a change that is reversible, however.
