Suzuki Jimny from 2018 disc brake conversion kit
This kit, entirely Made in Italy, with monobloc Ergal plates machined from solid, allows you to mount the disc brakes instead of the rear drums of the Suzuki Jimny 2018 to improve braking and cancel the wear of the jaws.
The monobloc plates made from solid Ergal guarantee maximum stiffness of the braking system and eliminate any type of vibration or danger of breakage deriving from the assembly of the various components.
This kit allows the assembly of the front discs of the Suzuki Samurai/Sj/Vitara/Jimny and of the Suzuki Samurai/Sj/Vitara/Jimny or Fiat Stilo and Lancia Libra calipers by purchasing the assembly kit.
The kit also includes aeronautical braided brake hoses complete with bolts and copper washers with the correct fittings to connect the calipers to the original copper brake hoses of the Suzuki Jimny 2018 without making any modifications.
The tubes are entirely Made in Italy, made with a braided aerospace tube in PTFE covered in stainless steel braid with a protection in transparent anti-abrasion polyurethane specific for off-road and not in PVC as on braided car pipes.
The fittings are made of steel and not AVP, as for economic items, assembly takes place in accordance with the SAE J 1401 standard.

To use the original handbrake it is possible to fit Fiat or Lancia calipers that are equipped with a handbrake cable or alternatively a hydraulic handbrake must be installed.
