Coilovers YXZ 1000R King Shocks
High-performance coilover for UTV Yamaha YXZ 1000R from King Shocks. Made entirely in the USA, it is the result of very stringent testing done directly in the field in a variety of terrain types. It is available for stock and long travel aftermarket suspension setups.
The proposed coilover, sold individually, is a monotube shock with a 2.5" diameter body at the front and 3.0" at the rear. Made of steel with a galvanized finish and polyurethane bushings, it has a separate PiggyBack type reservoir at the front and Hose Remote at the rear. Both have compression adjusters, and are available in a version with or without a finned reservoir.
Both the PiggyBack and Remote reservoirs have the feature of keeping the gas separated from the shock absorber oil, preventing emulsion that temporarily inhibits the proper functioning of the shock absorber. The difference of the two reservoirs lies in the attachment, the PiggyBack is attached directly to the coilover body, while the Remote is attached through a very high quality tube from Aeroquip. Both reservoirs can be supplied finned, with this finish they will be able to cool more quickly providing the coilover with longer-lasting damping power.
The compression adjuster will allow you to manage the compression, through 20 positions, from softest to stiffest and vice versa, through a simple rotation.
