The fabric of the awning not only reflects the sun to provide shade, but is also water repellent. This makes it a reliable companion even if it rains suddenly. It is made of reinforced acrylic fabric and has a silver heat-reflective coating on one side. It has an additional water-repellent coating on the upper side of the material, which allows water to drain away. The tent fabric (315g/m²) has a 100% polyester base, which is particularly elastic and impregnated with an acrylic-based resin. The fabric structure and impregnation prevent fungal attack and thus reduce mold growth.
