Trailgear Hydro Assist Kit Rock assault 

This additional steering piston kit includes everything needed for installation on any rigid axle.

Installation is necessary when using very large tires and heavy use of the vehicle and the original power steering unit cannot steer easily, it also helps to keep the steering stable on rocky and technical terrain.

The piston is made of 4340 chromium steel with a 2" diameter, the brackets and tubes supplied are designed for Toyota axles but installation is easy on any other vehicle. For installation, simply connect it to the original steering box by making a threaded hole, if you want to improve performance we recommend installing a pulley with a smaller diameter on the pump or an oversized pump, in both cases consider installing a cooling radiator.
